I understand that failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in removal from volunteer activities.

I understand that the safety and well-being of youth participants is a priority and that I must maintain appropriate professional boundaries, follow supervision and communication requirements, avoid inappropriate one-on-one interactions, and promptly report any safety concern, suspected misconduct, abuse, harassment, or other situation that may place a young person at risk.
