Booking deadline is 5 November 2026. Rooms will be subjected to availability after the deadline.

All payment must be made on or before 5 November 2026.

Cancellation policy: Any cancellation must be informed before 5 November 2026 otherwise one night room charge has to be applied. For Shanghai Expo Riverside Hotel 、InterContinental Hotels SHANGHAI EXPO by IHG 、Thompson Shanghai Expo, by Hyatt & EVEN Hotel SHANGHAI EXPO by IHG, any shorten stay or cancellation after deadline will be non refundable. Any changes of itinerary except cancellation must be notified in writing to Orient Event Service 3 days prior to arrival.

No show: If no show, one night room fee will be charged as penalty. Balance payment will be refunded one week after the show. Kerry Hotel 、Himalayas hotel Shangri-La Qiantan 、 Renaissance Pudong & Grand Mercure Hotel will charge the full payment.

The above free shuttle is available for the guests who make room reservation through Orient Event Service during the show period only.
