参赛协议：
比赛前将在官网及比赛现场公示赛程表，若我未按时到达赛场检录将被取消比赛资格；
若我赛前称重不合格将被取消比赛资格；
若赛前我的道服及腰带检查不合格将被取消比赛资格；
若我有冲撞裁判及破坏赛场秩序的行为将被取消比赛资格；
因以上行为取消比赛资格，赛事方不退还给报名费；
比赛期间我的生命及肢体可能受到伤害，赛事方不对此承担任何责任；
我已阅读并接受以上条款。
赛事保险协议：
我同意参加：中体保险经纪有限公司—“龙腾虎跃”赛事意外保险（请下拉到页面底部查看保险计划）；
我同意由赛事方代为提交保险资料，保险费用包含在报名费中；
若我的保险单完成，保险费用将不可退还；
本计划由中体保险经纪有限公司承保并对可能发生的理赔事项或纠纷负责，赛事方不承担由此造成的任何风险；
Waiver Release Terms:
I understand that I will be disqualified from the event if any of the following circumstance happens.
The competition schedule will be released on GCJJF official website and on-site notice board before the event, if I didn’t check-in in scheduled time;
When I fail weigh-in.When my gi or belt failed to meet the requirement.
When I have any acts of misconduct, lack of respect, bad behavior and will to cooperate during the event.
I understand that the registration fee is not refundable when I get disqualified from the event because of any of above situation.
I agree to and fully accept and assume liability for any and all injuries that I may incur expressly give up and waive any and all claims that I or anyone acting on my behalf or through me might have against GCJJF for any injury regardless of its nature, effect or affect on me as a result of my participation and/or presence at the event.I have read and accept all the terms above.
Insurance Agreement:
I agree to insure with 'Long Teng Hu Yue Competition Accident Insurance'(Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to check insurance plan).
I agree to let event organize to submit insurance required information, insurance fee is included in the event registration fee; The insurance fee will not be refunded after the completion of the insurance plan.
China Sports Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. is responsible for the insurance claim and disputes, event organizer doesn’t take on any risk might be caused by this.I have read and accept all the terms above.
